It is moving West Northwestward at 25 km/h. Shear Line affecting the eastern section of Luzon. Northeast Monsoon affecting the rest of Northern Luzon. CARAGA will have rains with gusty winds caused by TD Verbena. Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy with at times intense rains. Minimal to minor threat to life and property due to strong winds. Rest of Mindanao will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to TD VERBENA. Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains. Moderate winds from northwest to southwest prevails on the rest of Mindanao, with moderate seas (1.5 to 2.5 meters).

Cebuano News: Surigao City PESO, DOLE mipahigayon og livelihood seminar

SURIGAO CITY, Mayo 24 (PIA) – Ang buhatan sa Public Employment and Services Office (PESO) ug Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) mipahigayon bag-ohay palamang og usa ka adlaw nga Livelihood Projects and Emergency Employment Seminar didto sa City Cultural Center ning dakbayan.

Sumala pa ni Mrs. Gloria Gemina ang nangulo sa buhatan sa PESO nga gihimo ang maong seminar aron mahatagan ug trabaho ang mga Surigaonon pinaagi na sa gihimong mga livelihood projects sa buhatan sa PESO ug DOLE sama na sa mga electronic services, cosmetology, farming, mechanical og uban pa.

Nahimong mamumulong sa mong seminar mao sila Surigao del Norte DOLE-Administrative Officer Keith C. Duran ug si Rhuim Truce Salvador.
