SURIGAO CITY, Enero 20 (PIA) -- Si Pangulong Benigno S. Aquino III Mihatag og direktiba kang Justice Secretary Leila de Lima nga pulihan si National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Director Magtanggol Gatdula taliwala sa mga taho nga kono may kalambigitan ang pipila ka mga opisyales sa maong buhatan sa gikatahong pagkidnap sa dili dokumentadong babayeng haponesa niaging tuig.
"The President has ordered the release of the report summarizing the factual findings and recommendations of the Department of Justice (DOJ); and, secondly, has authorized Secretary De Lima to replace the NBI director," si Deputy Presidential Spokesperson Abigail Valte miingon atol sa regular press briefing didto sa MalacaΓ±ang kagahapon Huwebes.
Apan, si Valte, wala na mohatag og dugang pang mga detalye kalabot na sa aktuwal nga mga sirkumstansya nakapalibot sa pagpuli.
Si Justice Secretary De Lima sa dili madugay moanunsyo na sa mopuli kang Gatdula, matud ni Valte.
"Apparently, the President has already received the (DOJ) report and has reviewed the contents, and has made a corresponding action. He did not pose any objections to the recommendations of the panel. The President has always viewed accountability as objectively as possible," si Valte miingon.
Ang mga taho nga mga balita nagpakita nga ang panid sa DOJ nga gipangulohan ni Undersecretary Francisco Baraan III girekomendar ang pagpasaka og kasong criminal batok kang Gatdula ug uban pang mga opisyales sa NBI nga may kalambigitan sa pagkidnap ug ekstorsyon kang Noriyo Ohara.
Ang mga reklamo migawas gikan sa pag-angkon sa pamilya ni Ohara nga pipila ka mga opisyales sa maong buhatan nangayo og ransom.
