I deeply mourn the demise of Mayor Democrito “Boy Daku“ Plaza II. Nothing is devastating than the lost, at the most crucial moment, of a leader; a pillar; a mentor, a valued friend; and a ninong.

To the bereaved family, I, and my family, convey our condolence and join you in prayers that God, in His infinite goodness, bless and rest his soul.

His death comes at the most unexpected time. But while we cannot completely comprehend the divine design, we must submit to the divine will. For all its faults, we cannot fault death for its impartiality.

My personally debt of gratitude to him, and to the Almighty God for His never ending blessings and the power of His wisdom, for what and where I am today, is eternal and is immortalized.

The first principle is to utilize proper existing structure of the barangay councils such as the social capital and networks in the construction, management and supervision of schools. The second principle is to foster high standard of responsibility, accountability, and integrity in responding to the needs of the school learners and other stakeholders.

The third principle is the use of systematic view and perspective in dealing with other schools’ stakeholders in order to promote corporate image. The fourth is the use of school-based working contract to ensure sustainability and sense of ownership of the project.
